我們的服務僅供合法泊車用途。嚴禁濫用或未經授權使用我們的設施。Our services are intended for legitimate parking purposes only. Any misuse or unauthorized use of our facilities is strictly prohibited.
車輛停泊風險由車主自行承擔。我們不會就車輛或車內物品的損壞、盜竊或遺失承擔責任。Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We do not accept responsibility for damage, theft, or loss of vehicles or their contents.
所有車輛必須停泊於指定車位，並遵守場內展示的指示。All vehicles must be parked within designated spaces and in accordance with any displayed instructions.
如因營運需要，我們保留在場內移動車輛的權利。We reserve the right to move vehicles within our premises if necessary for operational reasons.
請遵守停車場內張貼的速度限制及交通標誌。Please adhere to all posted speed limits and traffic signs within our parking facilities.
預約須視乎供應情況而定，並可能在特定情況下被取消或修改。Reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to cancellation or modification in certain circumstances.
付款必須按照我們現行的收費安排進行。Payments must be made in accordance with our current pricing structure.
退款由管理層酌情處理，並可能收取行政費用。Refunds are at the discretion of management and may be subject to administrative fees.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不會就因使用我們服務而引致的任何損失、損害或傷害承擔責任。To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.
